Registration Fees

  • Early bird fee before March 31:
    – 60€ for IPSO member candidates
    – 80€ for non-IPSO member candidates of an IPA component society
  • Full fee after March 31:
    – 80€ for IPSO member candidates
    – 100€ for non-IPSO member candidates of an IPA component society

IPSO Party:
50€ including a welcome drink, dinner and party

Registration to the party is open to candidates of IPA component societies.

  1. When you have completed the registration form, you will receive an email acknowledging your registration request from the Organizing Committee.
  2. IPSO will then send you an email with relevant bank details for your payment within the following few days.
  3. After you have processed your payment, IPSO will send you your final confirmation!

    Accomodations & Hosting Program

    A recommended hostel close to the venue:

    • We can provide free couch surfing in French candidates’ homes.
    • The Cité Internationale Universitaire is providing single (44 euros per night) and double rooms (70 euros per night) in a quiet corridor.
    • We also have a limited number of low-cost room options at friends’ homes near the venue.

    From Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport:

    – Go to terminal 3 via CDGVal (4 min)
    – Then take the RER B (direction south: Saint-Rémy-lès-Chevreuse or Massy-Palaiseau) and get off at Cité Universitaire station (46 min)
